The Horn has a step free entrance from the street to the front bar and the venue room, and step free access throughout.
There is one accessible toilet within the venue, please ask the bar staff for the key.
We offer Essential Companion Tickets for any guest that requires support when in attendance at an event. Please book your ticket for the event that you wish to attend and please contact us with your booking reference along with one of the below documents and we will be able to confirm your Essential Companion ticket:
* Disability Living Allowance (DLA) / Attendance Allowance (AA)
* Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
* War Disablement Pension / Armed Forces Independence Payment
* Blue Badges
* The Access Card
If you are unable to provide one of the documents listed above, we may accept alternative documentation at our discretion. Please note that the booking must be made in the same name as the documentation provided.
The venue is primarily standing. If you require seating, our team can assist by providing a chair. Please email us a day or two before the event so we can inform the team working that evening. Please note that on busy shows space may be limited.
If you have any access requirements, we encourage you to contact us in advance via email (info@thehorn.co.uk), or speak to a member of staff when you arrive so we can assist you as best as possible.
We suggest parking in St Albans Station Ridgmont Road Car Park to the rear of the property (see our Find Us page), further info about the Car Park can be via the Car Park operator Apcoa. You will then travel on a down-sloping path (on Victoria Street) to the front entrance of The Horn, which will be found on your left. Alternatively there is street parking a short distance from the venue situated on Beaconsfield Road.
