André Graça, born and raised in Beja, a small city in the south of Portugal where he attended the Regional Music Convervatory, home to his first steps as a musician. It was there that at the age of 6 André started learning his first musical instrument, the piano. He studied in that conservatory until he was 18, where he ended up learning percussion, the saxophone and composition, that would later on would become crucial to his own songs.
After he finished High School he was accepted into the University of Hertfordshire where he is now studying Music Composition and Technologies for film and games.
After years of practice in the classical area, André then started working on new genres of music, including R&B, Pop and indie rock with his old friend and fellow musician, Eduardo Monteiro, who now produces the Ambassador's tracks.
Inspired by artists such and Childish Gambino, Caravan Palace, Glass Animals and Ariana Grande, he ended up finding a passion for singing and songwriting , which lead to the creation of Midnight Ambassador, a Contemporary R&B/Pop solo project that hopes to use André's imagination, musical versatility and experience to break the barriers within this genre.
